Stress Management, Problem Solving, Coping, Assertiveness, Healthy Relationships and Mental Health

The Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Coping and Assertion skills training has been designed to help people who are suffering from chronic stress. The intervention team was given life skills training for one week at the institute and the following skills were taught in eight sessions: Empathy; problem solving; critical thinking; coping skills; self-control and assertiveness skills; healthy emotions; stress management and emotional balance. A psychologist from a counseling agency who was trained by the institute was assigned as an instructor.
The mental health experts provided a detailed discussion on how to cope with stress. They shared about the symptoms of stress and how to identify the symptoms and understand the causes and effects of stress. They gave the students a good overview of what they should do to prevent the symptoms of stress from getting out of control. The students were also provided with the information about the physical aspects of stress such as headaches, back pain and anxiety attacks.
The trainers explained to the students how to evaluate the situation. They also advised the students to try and identify a problem without giving up and how to identify and resolve problems. They gave the students examples of their own behaviors that showed that they were not able to control their behavior. They also taught the students how to evaluate the situation in the same way they would analyze a situation in which the situation was not at all related to the present situation. They taught the students how to identify the problem. They also taught the students how to act like a problem solver and think creatively.
The trainers explained to the students about the different types of problem solving techniques. They made sure that the students understood that when they had to solve a problem, they need to think, not react. The trainers also instructed the students in what to do when they are stuck on a problem.
The trainer gave the students some examples of how to enhance their healthy relationships with their co-workers. They discussed the importance of maintaining the healthy communication between them and the people around them. They also discussed the importance of establishing a team work atmosphere where the members of the team support each other. The trainer talked about the importance of maintaining a good self image. He encouraged the students to maintain positive attitudes and to overcome the negative stress. They also discussed how to maintain a positive attitude during difficult times.
They also discussed about the importance of stress management, healthy relationships, stress management and coping skills, mental health, healthy emotions, mental balance and emotional balance. They talked about the importance of learning to be more open-minded and more willing to listen.
